Gaia Athens is a family project close to my heart. My parents and I renovated this building ourselves; they spent their lives in construction, and every corner here has passed through our hands.

My mother, who has always had the soul of a restaurateur, prepares our breakfast pies and desserts with ingredients from the local market. The feeling is simple: honest, warm and personal.

This building once belonged to someone who changed my life. A mentor who believed in me and helped me become who I am. She is no longer here, but Gaia is my tribute to her.
